Be Energy receives term sheet for COMFIT program

Be Energy CEO Greg Bowman and Chairman Lawrence Bloom have received a term sheet for $55 Million CAD for the first COMFIT project to produce electricity from agricultural waste in Nova Scotia, Canada. The term sheet is a combination of debt and equity which Be Energy CEO Greg Bowman will be negotiating details on early in the New Year. Be Energy is excited to receive the term sheet to help finalize the COMFIT project and begin construction in Q2, 2018.
